MVGM, the European leader in property management, is strengthening its position on the Polish logistics market. The company has won the tender for the management of 44,000 sqm of space within two logistics parks, Panattoni Park City Logistics II Wrocław and Panattoni Park Poznań X, owned by HANSAINVEST Real Assets GmbH. The properties belong to the HANSA Europe Logistic Fund (HELF). MVGM’s domestic warehouse portfolio has thus increased by a quarter, and now consists of seven properties with a total leasable area of more than 180,000 sqm.
“The warehouse market in Poland is breaking supply and demand records, with modern distribution centres becoming an investment asset desired by foreign funds. A stronger presence in this sector is one of our key goals for the coming months. As an experienced property manager, we fully understand the specifics of warehouse facilities and the needs of a diverse group of tenants. In addition to their traditional roles, as production halls and handling terminals for instance, warehouses are increasingly becoming excellent areas for research and development centers or modern business services. These are facilities packed with technology and at the same time designed to be environmentally friendly. We want to actively participate in the changes taking place in this sector by supporting our clients and developing the value of the properties we manage,” says Łukasz Mazurczak, Managing Director, MVGM.
MVGM provides comprehensive property management services. In Poland the team is made up of 120 experienced specialists who manage a portfolio of 1.4 million sqm of space within office, retail, residential and warehouse facilities. After assuming the management of two parks owned by HANSAINVEST Real Assets, the portfolio of the latter group of buildings comprises a total of seven properties. Another four are owned by the American investor WP CAREY, while one warehouse belongs to Aviva Investors. The cooperation with HANSAINVEST Real Assets includes, among other things, handling administrative, technical and financial issues, as well as managing relations with the tenants of two logistics centers.
“Our latest management agreements for Panattoni Park City Logistics II Wrocław and Panattoni Park Poznań X are the result of the excellent cooperation with HANSAINVEST Real Assets, which previously entrusted us with the management of two Warsaw office properties – Atrium 2 and Generation Park X. The continued cooperation with this ambitious partner is testimony to the trust placed in us and is acknowledgement of our work as a manager and the quality of our services,” says Leszek Sybura, Client Account Director, MVGM.
