I have been working in the Polish market, where I have been developing best practices in property management of commercial real estate, for over 20 years. Thanks to MVGM’s European presence, I will be able to continue my career as the head of MVGM Belgium and the development of the MVGM business in France. Poland is a mature market and MVGM is a major leader in the country’s property management sector. The great team that we have built in Poland, has very good prospects and offers important support for our clients. I am leaving the Polish business in the best possible hands. I would like to congratulate Agnieszka and Łukasz, thank them for their contribution to the development of our company and wish them all the best. I am looking forward teaming up with our Belgium MVGM team and continue and grow the top tier Belgium property manager company we are today”, comments Virginie de Baere.

A combination of different PM specializations is invaluable

“Taking into account our high expectations regarding the Polish market and our strategy for further growth in office, industrial, logistics and retail assets, as well as our new specialization in the residential segment, we have decided to appoint two people for the position of managing director. Agnieszka and Łukasz form a team with unique and comprehensive competences. Especially in these challenging times, when now that the real estate business needs to react efficiently and respond to market turmoil, a combination of different specializations, experiences and perspectives will prove to be invaluable. Congratulations to the both of them on being promoted to this position. We would also like to thank Helga Cosyns for her efforts and commitment to MVGM Belgium and we are in discussion with her about a new role within MVGM Belgium. We also would like to express our gratitude to Virginie for her role as Managing Director in Poland and for taking on this new role, being able to use her knowledge and expertise in our European markets”, comments Menno van der Horst, Member of the Board, MVGM.
